SO! I saw this shirt at a market and thought it was so funny! I HONESTLY thought it was referring to WATER! (Yes... I can be a bit innocent at times.) I didn't realize what it was referring to until after I bought it! Thought I'd go ahead and post the picture since I did spend the money on the shirt!

Don't know if you can tell, but this guy is on a motorcycle and had this HUGE flag on his ride.
